Mr. Ole Petter Ottersen

Scientific Advisor, Rector and Professor of Medicine, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden. Ole Petter Ottersen is a Norwegian doctor and brain researcher. Ottersen has been a professor of medicine at the University of Oslo since 1992 and was elected rector of the university for two periods from 2009 to 2017. In 2017, he was appointed rector of Karolinska Institutet in Sweden and took up the position on 1 August 2017.
